free drinks wellness facilities luxurious rooms
I appreciated the complimentary drinks. It was a tender touch. i found the wellness facilities of good quality. It promoted peaceful moments. the luxurious rooms were a welcome delight, and the breakfast was of a PRIMA standard.

enjoyed this central hotel
spacious room quality facilities reasonable price
i liked the spacious room i got, it had big tvs. the hotel facilities seemed top quality. staff like tulay at breakfast had smiles and remembered people. the food tasted delicious and the price seemed reasonable.
The tv showed only irish channels at first. Other channels didnt work properly though it was fixed later.

the gym looked well equipped, its offering various machines. the pool area included loungers and provided shaded sections. the hotel had lifts operated with a room badge for added security, i noticed.

staff was nice at breakfast. i saw staff showed care to families. the reception was super, especially with any requests i had and any problems.

the location is central, near a footbridge. this bridge goes to the left bank. the hotel is near the castle and city center, it is quite convenient.

I enjoyed a very spacious room! It had a great river view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The staff was helpful and always smiled. Hazel at breakfast deserves special mention, she was so attentive.
The phone in the room looked pretty old.

This hotel had a beautiful location directly on the river. The train station was only five minutes away. Shops and a castle were also very close to the hotel. I found the site really excellent.

My room was really good with two separate room spaces. It included two TVs and comfy armchairs. The room was very spacious, well-equipped, clean plus comfortable. It was very quiet for peaceful sleep.

river view coffee machine delicious food
The room had a river view. It was quiet. A Nespresso coffee machine was a great addition. I also dined in the brasserie. It was fabulous with delicious food. Staff were helpful. They went the extra mile.
Breakfast in the room was cold. I also had no orange juice the first morning and no cereal.

clean room comfortable room helpful staff missing phone limited towels old furniture
i found the room very comfy and tidy. the front desk staff was helpful . the location allows for a short walk to local pubs and restaurants.
the room lacked a phone, an inconvenience. there were only two towels provided, despite having two guests. i also noticed the furniture was a bit old with some chips.
