the suite was big, having two rooms and A bath and a half. all accommodations were large and beautiful. the staff approaches you, asking if you need help and they really mean it.
i arrived early and my mother's room was ready, which I appreciated. check in service was slow and disorganised. this wasnt what would usually be expected from a 5 STAR hotel.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel's location offered beautiful grounds. I found the breakfast selection diverse.
The spa area had many dirty cups around. Service at the cultra inn was quite slow. I noticed tables in the lough bar were covered in dirty cups.

Luxurious Stay with Minor Service Hiccups

wonderful grounds comfortable bed
The hotel has wonderful grounds, perfect for a walk. My room was a generous size, very clean, and had a comfortable bed (I slept well!). I enjoyed a glass of prosecco in the Lough Bar. The views and friendly service from Chey were great.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast buffet included a wide choice, from classic Irish to continental options. The Cultra Inn provided better service and delicious food. The service was efficient and quick (especially after the minor issues at the hotel bar).
Facilities
9/10
The spa had excellent facilities and friendly staff. It was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, with a train station nearby, offering easy access to Belfast (so you can visit easily!).

Admirable stay

easy access lovely view first class pancakes polite staff
The location offered easy access, (a real plus). The grounds were well maintained and provided lovely views. The breakfast included many options. I had pancakes that were first class. Staff members were polite and friendly .
I found no facial tissues available in the room. This detail was a slight oversight given the overall quality of the hotel.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a warm shower with powerful water pressure. Air-conditioning was easy to use and maintained a comfortable temperature. A good selection of toiletries was available .
Facilities
9/10
The spa facilities were well-kept. I noticed books placed on tables, intended to relax and read. The setting felt conducive to a relaxing getaway.
