beautiful gardens bright room amazing food

The hotel grounds featured beautiful gardens kept meticulously. My room was spacious and bright. It definitely had lots of areas to relax in. Bar food was amazing and breakfast too. Staff were friendly and cute.

The air conditioning did not seem to work in the room.

underwhelming stay with several issues

I had problems right from the start. despite my boyfriend calling reception multiple times to arrange a small birthday surprise for me, nobody answered. when we arrived, the receptionist seemed apologetic but said they were too busy to assist. We were told we had booked a thermal suite session instead of a spa treatment. this meant i missed out on the spa treatment entirely and had to wait nearly two hours to use the thermal suite. this was really frustrating, especially since staff seemed to pass the blame between reception and spa staff.

Really good Stay!

juliet balconies modern decor

My room was excellent, equipped with two Juliet balconies facing different directions. The decor and fittings seemed new and very modern. A good sized bathroom and plenty of hanging space existed for my clothes.

The breakfast had a sameness to it after several days. I think one choice in the buffet that is different for each day would be nice.

The location offers a fine, picturesque drive up to the building. I found that the grounds were beautiful, very safe and spotlessly clean. The spa was clean with plenty of pools and other areas for relaxation.

The room was large, clean, and fresh (I really enjoyed the space!). I found that rooms were massive and super clean throughout my visit. Each room had its own features but was of high standard.

I thought all staff were so friendly and loved answering any questions about the hotel or food choices. On arrival, the staff especially Lynn was above and beyond helpful throughout my stay. The staff was great and I couldn't meet nicer people at breakfast time.
