wonderful stay

beautiful food

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in cruize was beautiful. i especially liked the pulled pork tacos to start. The staff were great with kids in cruize and got us a table. i appreciated that, as we had the little ones to get dinner.

the hotel is conveniently situated near the park, and it's dog friendly, a great advantage for pet owners. additionally, the surrounding area offers scenic walking routes, allowing guests to explore and enjoy the natural beauty of the island.

the location was good , and the spa area was clean.

i booked a double room , but upon arrival , i discovered it faced several flights of very narrow stairs. this was difficult to manage with luggage. i would have liked to have known this beforehand.

I adored the attention to detail. Our house hotel executive double had a cozy seating area. bathrobes were provided. the balcony overlooked the gardens. i found fresh flowers added a lovely touch, i could watch the sunset from there.

The tv remote had a slightly worn button. It needed a firm press.

the room included a king-size bed with premium bedding, i loved it. a separate dressing area was a great addition, i could put my clothes there. there was also a well-stocked minibar.
