surprisingly charmed!
friendly staff great deal free parking
the staff were very helpful and friendly . the deal i got for two nights with dinner and breakfast was a steal, quite a find! i especially enjoyed the ample free parking spaces.
I noticed the toilet seat in my room was loose. It could benefit from a simple tightening.

My standard double room had a very comfortable and big bed. I slept very well. the bathroom included shower gel and shampoo for use, very convenient. plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits were available.

I was very happy with how lovely the layout looked. The hotel is very well-kept from outside! the reception was staffed by a lovely member of staff, a nice welcome. she explained where the bar and restaurant were located.

The hotel is easy to find. Its only a few hundred metres from the main street. the area felt safe and accessible. it was a convenient spot for my travels around the region.

pleasant north ayrshire stay
generous portions first class service
the private room setup was excellent offering space for everyone we booked for our anniversary. the meal service was efficient and the portions were generous. the staff provided first class unobtrusive service.
the hallway had beer bottles and dirty glasses present the following day after arrival. no plugs were available next to beds so i couldn't use my heat pads. the bed felt lumpy and provided little sleep.

The food was amazing. The staff was friendly, especially Michaela, she was a gem!
The room was very basic. There was only one bedside table. There were no sockets near the bed, a bit inconvenient.

a heartwarming stay
garden room friendly staff spacious room
the room was lovely (it was the garden room, so peaceful!). the reception and bar area offered different features, which i explored with delight. staff were friendly and accommodating, a great convenience. clean and spacious rooms contributed to a relaxing experience.
The breakfast quality was medium. There was a small selection and the coffee was poured from a thermos, which wasn't ideal.
