i found the rooms fine i noticed they were spacious clean and elegantly decorated with classic modern touches. the hotel's location offers another great benefit. it is in the heart of the city, it is an ideal base for exploring everything. the staff provided excellent service they were very friendly and professional. breakfast offered a lot of choice in a beautiful area
i was in the suite and the noise from the nightclub unfortunately ruined my stay. i am not sure why this suite exists with the club directly below. the noise levels felt too much for a restful night

staff members offered prompt assistance at reception i also noticed the concierge provided efficient and courteous service ensuring a smooth check in. the team seemed attentive to guest needs going above and beyond expectations. staff members were consistently friendly and helpful

the suite was spacious and well appointed with comfortable furnishings and elegant decor the bed had luxurious linens ensuring restful sleep. i saw the bathroom had high quality toiletries and plush towels. the room included modern amenities and efficient climate control

the receptionist handled check-in efficiently the process was acceptable
the bar's cocktail preparation was not great a cocktail i usually get could not be made there as they lacked ingredients this showed a lack of initiative because another bar that could make it was close by i thought they could have gotten it from there but they did not

a pleasant experience
comfy bedlarge bathroom
the room had a very comfy bed! also, the large bathroom included a freestanding bath and an enormous shower. pressure in the shower was easy to control.
i was in the old part! it could have done with a bit of touching up. the breakfast was a huge let down though. nothing was explained to me when i started and i ended up asking for the special and the bread was stale.
