outdoor hot tubs steam room sunbeds area
the spa area had jacuzzis and hot tubs. there were steam and sauna rooms. the hotel also included a mini beach with sunbeds.
the price of drinks was high.

clean room helpful staff beautiful food
The room was a Comfy, and it was very clean. The spa's staff member Anna was helpful during our clay ritual. The food and cocktails tasted beautiful. I enjoyed the rainforest shower as well.

underwhelming spa area expensive drinks
the staff greeted me well at arrival and continued to be helpful. (the reception was very efficient!).
i was looking forward to my visit, but my experience fell short of expectations. the spa area felt underwhelming, and the sauna was not properly hot. i found the drinks expensive, the priciest i've come across at any hotel.

large outdoor spa delicious dinner unwelcoming decor extortionate price
i loved the outdoor spa. it was so large. the bar was a lovely touch too. dinner was delicious and i savored every bite.
The decor felt very dark and unwelcoming. the receptionist on arrival was a bit cold. i also found the snack tray in the room to be extortionately priced. It was very expensive for a standard mars bar.
