amazing stay, was really nice!

i checked in early because the staff were very efficient. the summit bar was very busy, but the food was AMAZING!!! the staff worked very hard. breakfast included plenty of capable staff. the golf course walk was excellent after an excellent breakfast too.

the room was a little warm, it would benefit from air conditioning on hot days.

the hotel is in a nice area near walking paths and a golf course, so there are various activities nearby. the location provided a super calm place away from city noise. the grounds are landscaped beautifully, perfect for a stroll.

the summit bar had amazing food and quick service, even when it was busy. the setanta restaurant offers a really good breakfast with great selection. the quality of ingredients was very high, so i could enjoy a great start to the day.

the landscaped gardens were beautifully maintained and excellent. every interaction i had with the hotel staff was really good. the bedrooms were super clean and fabulous and the food was great! i am already planning my next trip. check-in was quick, efficient, and easy, setting a positive tone for my entire visit.

i noticed some minor wear in the hallway carpets, but it didn't significantly affect my stay.

i adored my time here. the sunday switch off deal was such a treat. it included an overnight stay, a tasty two-course dinner, and a lovely breakfast for a great price. i really appreciated the cozy sitting areas near reception. the thermal spa provided such relaxation and i got free access to the pool area.

i found the room to be a little too warm, even with the fan.

Check-in was quick and efficient. I booked a meal at the Summit restaurant. I found the feather blade beef to be some of the nicest food I have ever tasted. The peppercorn sauce was also fantastic.

The noise level in the bar was a bit high at times due to many guests.

the water refill stations located on each floor are a nice touch i found it easy to stay hydrated the staff members throughout the hotel were friendly i had an enjoyable interaction with oscar our waiter who was very attentive. the hotel decor created an amazing atmosphere as soon as i walked inside

i noticed a limited selection of children's channels in the room's tv offering for families with young children this could be a minor inconvenience.

i found a couple of things annoying. first, the breakfast area was quite chaotic. it felt overcrowded, and it was hard to get around (staff seemed under pressure). also, the promised wifi was really patchy. i struggled to get a stable connection (even in the lobby).
