i found the breakfast choices quite good. the variety met expectations. the staff displayed friendliness and readiness to help. the hotel rooms were not only clean but also well-equipped. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me throughout my stay.

i had no wifi for my entire stay, i contacted reception TWICE! but they could not resolve the issue

The room featured good quality bedding ensuring a restful sleep. there was a big tv, which allowed easy streaming to Netflix. the bathroom included complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The shower was warm and clean.

this hotel is amazing! the car park had good size spaces, a relief. breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of options. the staff were also super friendly and accommodating, especially with my early morning airport shuttle.

the hotel is a bit of a walk from the main tourist spots. it's probably best to drive or take a bus into the city center.

The breakfast buffet offers a large selection of warm dishes and desserts. lactose-free milk and plant-based milk alternatives are available too. Very thoughtful. i found the hot food items especially convenient.

The rooms are modern and tastefully decorated with smart amenities, a very positive touch. ample space made moving around easy in the room. the large tv had smart apps like youtube and more. Very convenient.

The reception staff is very professional and accommodating. Clare, eamy, and their spanish colleague are especially helpful. they helped me organize some local tours. they were very cute and helpful.

I was very impressed with the stairlift outside! the hotel itself was very accessible. i also liked the bathroom. It was very accessible. the mirrors were down low, that is very important.

the check-in process seemed a little slow. it took the staff a few minutes to log in, and i did not receive a greeting. this small hiccup affected my first impression slightly.
