Wonderful stay, a minor hiccup
lovely viewsleisure areacoffee machine
The location provided great views. The reception staff facilitated early access to the leisure area for wedding preparation. The room included a comfortable bed. Every staff member was helpful. I found ample parking available. Check-in was easy and efficient. A good coffee machine, a safe, and bath robes were in the room.
The room felt slightly tired. The evening meal did not meet expectations. My sourdough bread starter included one small slice. The waiter returned with more slices, these were completely frozen.

our room featured comfy beds. such lovely staff were helpful and cute. i loved interior decor and the views too. it was a great buffet breakfast.
the room i had were very small. it was advertised as a beautiful double but lacked wardrobe space. there was only one chair and it looked on to the air-conditioning unit. it was quite loud at times.

The staff were genuinely helpful. They always seemed ready to assist. the hotel is very cute to four legged friends. we also had access to the swimming pool, the steam room, and the sauna. it was our first stay, and we will definitely be back.
The website was not very clear on which restaurant was which. The rabbit menu online showed the seal menu, more reasonable in price. we had to go down for dinner early to ensure we got a seat. the coffee machine was very temperamental. it worked on and off sometimes.

the hotel has a fine location with magnificent views along the coastline. you can see across the firth of clyde to lady isle lighthouse. the views extend to the isle of arran.

The service and hospitality from the staff were really good. I cannot describe how welcomed we felt. a gentleman in a kilt came into the bar and chatted to the guests. It was so lovely. customer care was top class from check in to check out.
