The valet parking was a great welcome! There was a shuttle bus available to take me to the clubhouse. The Ailsa golf course was amazing, one of the best!

i stayed in a cottage on the course it had everything i needed. A shuttle bus provided direct access to the hotel, a charmed convenience. i easily used the pool, spa, gym, and restaurants and there was a separate bedroom for the children.

the air conditioning unit in my room made a loud, consistent noise. This was disruptive at night i found it hard to sleep. i hope it will be addressed soon.

Staff was very cute from arrival to departure. Every staff member greeted us with a hello. The concierge team even parked our car, I didn't touch it again until departure. The room provided ultimate views of the Golf Club house and sea.

I thought it wasn't great to not find water in the room.

i found the room to be spacious, and it included two separate sinks in the bathroom. the rainfall shower worked well. i especially enjoyed the gym, it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes.

the floor in my room was not hoovered one day and some toiletries were not replaced.
