a satisfactory experience
useful desk really good proximity late night shuttle service marked path taxi fare
the desk in the room was quite useful, which i appreciated (i needed it for work). the hotel's proximity to the airport proved convenient for my travel plans. i also found the availability of food and drinks late at night very useful after i checked in.
i found the lack of a shuttle service problematic despite the hotel being near the airport. there was no clearly marked safe walking path, so i had to take a taxi. the taxi fare cost about £20. luggage storage felt insecure as my bag was left unattended at the front desk.

The bed reminded me of a cloud. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Location suited my needs, it was near my meeting.
The ice machine on my floor was OUT of order.

clean room helpful staff walking distance
the room was quite good, and clean all through. staff members were attentive, helpful. the location to the airport is also very convenient, within walking distance too. it seems a dream.

The hotel rooms were clean. I found them well maintained. Staff responded quickly to my request for extra coffee. The hotel is located close to the airport, a significant advantage for early departures.
