My luggage was handled well upon arrival by the staff. The room service menu offered many choices. The staff member Kaan was friendly delivering my orders.
The hotel location is somewhat remote from key attractions.

Barkan and Mr Alaadin provided excellent assistance. Their service was attentive! The room included a washing machine and a fridge. I found the lobby with parked vintage cars interesting. The fitness area was well-equipped with wellness facilities.

constant traffic noise
My stay had some problems. This caused delays. The room seemed more like a mini-apartment. The double-glazed windows did not shut correctly, therefore I heard traffic noise constantly.
