this hotel location is awesome, just steps from major attractions. the staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. my room was super clean and modern, i loved the décor. the breakfast buffet had so many choices, a great start to each day!

It wasn't a major issue, but something i noticed.

my room included a comfortable king bed, a tv. high-speed internet. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries, it was very clean. the soundproofing was excellent i never heard neighbors.

the concierge arranged several tours for me, providing helpful recommendations. the front desk staff was available 24/7 and very responsive. the housekeeping team did an excellent job, they kept everything super clean throughout my stay.

the hotel gym had modern equipment including treadmills and free weights. the spa offered a variety of treatments, there was a relaxation area. i saw guests relaxing in the sauna and steam room, it looked great.

The location was ideal. I was close to many main attractions. The staff displayed helpfulness and kindness, ALWAYS available. My room featured cleanliness and space, providing all necessities for a relaxed visit.

The shower pressure could have been better, it extended my shower time.

I encountered a few problems . Upon arrival, the room I received was not the one I had booked. It was smaller and did not include the amenities I had requested. Also , the television in the replacement room never worked despite reporting the problem.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. yasin, emir, and the person who booked my airport taxi provided excellent service. the location is near the tram, blue mosque, and hagia sophia. These are within a 5-minute walk.

the room i booked was smaller than expected. its layout was not practical at all. the bathroom was near the door instead of the window, (i think) this meant it lacked ventilation.

the room was clean. It was also spacious, and it had everything i needed. The location is great and a short walk to some of the main sites.. especially the trainline.

the single beds were smaller than i have ever experienced. The heating was in, and the room was like an oven. We eventually turned it off and had the window open.. it was freezing. There were no robes provided.
