convenient location fresh ingredients

The location was very convenient to historical sites. The staff was helpful during breakfast. Hasan paid great attention to all guests. I enjoyed the fresh ingredients offered during breakfast. There were lots of cheese, veggies, and fruit.

The location proved a romantic dream. The staff welcomed me with smiles each day. Breakfast was a delight with a excellent menu for both morning and night.

The room felt not soundproof for secrets. The bathroom space was too small. The room was smaller than the pictures showed.

Very good location with great staff

short distance personal attention good mood

I find the location very good as it has a short walking distance to main attractions. There are Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and the Blue Mosque. The breakfasts is excellent, with much choice. Hassan puts you in a good mood to start the day, I appreciate it.

I noticed shower cleanliness was substandard around the base. I also found the air conditioning unit lacked a remote control. I believe hotel could improve this easily.

The staff was very professional and very polite. Hamdullah at the reception gave guests a free upgrade to a nice room with balcony. He also provided many useful information.

The room were spacious and light, with soft wide bed. The bathroom provides good water pressure, I liked it. The view outside the windows was pretty, and I enjoyed it.

The restaurant on the top floor has amazing view of Hagia Sophia on one side. It also has a view of the Bosphorus on the other, it is amazing. Excellent food and personal attention of Orhan made my dinner nice.

sewage smell excessive noise

the staff helped us store our luggage even after we checked out, so we could explore more of the area.

The bathroom smelled like sewage, unpleasant. the air conditioning didn't work properly in my room, so it was hard to get comfortable. the noise from the nearby mosques was excessive. It woke me up every morning around 4 am.

Yes, an airport transfer service is available. For new Istanbul Airport (IST), it costs 30 Euro for a one-way trip for 1-4 persons and 55 Euro for a round trip. At Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW), the cost is 35 Euro one way and 65 Euro for two ways.
