Is there a service to help with transfers from the airport to the hotel?

Yes, an airport transfer service is available. For new Istanbul Airport (IST), it costs 30 Euro for a one-way trip for 1-4 persons and 55 Euro for a round trip. At Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW), the cost is 35 Euro one way and 65 Euro for two ways.
Can guests access the swimming pool during their stay?

The spa will be open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM. Breakfast will be available from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and the restaurant will serve lunch and dinner until 11 PM. A New Year's Eve party with a DJ will take place from 7:30 PM to 2 AM.
