historical landmarkscute staff

i appreciated the friendly staff they were very cute and helpful the location was also excellent close to historical landmarks. i also found it convenient that the tram station was less than five minutes away and it was close to beyazit for currency exchange.

the hallway on my floor seemed a bit worn and could benefit from some updates.

The location was near many key attractions. My room was very clean. The staff gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants.

The shower was broken and difficult to use. The room felt drafty, especially at night. The breakfast was not great. The coffee machine did not work.

This hotel presented some issues. The bathroom seemed really run down. The shower had black mold in the corners. Its door did not close properly.

the location was near many attractions i visited sultanahmet square with ease the breakfast buffet was quite diverse it offered both local and international options the staff were very helpful especially when i needed directions.

the room felt smaller than expected making it difficult to move around comfortably the bathroom lacked proper ventilation resulting in a lingering musty odor the noise from the nearby street was noticeable even with the windows closed.

the breakfast was disappointing with the same cheap food offered daily, i expect more variety at a four-star hotel. the spa is not a hotel facility, towels were not provided, and slippers or bathrobes were also missing. this felt more like a three-star experience.
