I received a suite upgrade upon arrival. The location proved excellent, especially for first-time visitors. The hotel sits right next to the hagia sofia mosque and provides easy access. Staff members are friendly and ready to assist with requests.

The hotel offered convenient access to major tourist sites. There was a great range and number of restaurants in the area, made dining out very simple. The proximity to historical landmarks enhanced the overall experience.

Rooms had unique turkish designs and character. Daily fruit bowls added a special touch. Cleanliness was maintained, with bottled water provided each day. It's the little things , made the difference.

The on-site spa and jacuzzi provided a relaxing experience. A golf cart was consistently available for transport around the hotel, a real plus.

Staff responded promptly and were willing to assist with various requests. Employees provided an adapter quickly when i forgot mine. Their willingness to help at ANY time impressed me, they were very nice. Tolga was helpful.

the location was amazing, just a short walk from all the main attractions. the hotel had two receptions, this was convenient. electric buggies made transport easy. i didn't need to worry about luggage.

i had issues with the recklessness of the driver on my return ride to the airport.
