great location friendly staff helpful staff comfy bed

i found the location to be great for accessing main attractions. the staff were very friendly and approachable. mustafa even helped me arrange transport to my next destination. i appreciated the soft, comfy bed after long days of sightseeing.

the hotel could use some brighter lighting in its communal areas.

the breakfast was very good with many options. fresh pides were AVAILABLE. staff assisted me when i mentioned a sesame allergy.

the communal areas had dim lighting. the bar was CLOSED in the evenings. reception didn't seem concerned about cleanliness issues in my room.

The tram stop is literally in front! made transportation super easy. the hotel also gave warm cookies upon check-in. A simple gesture, but good!

the basic room decor felt a little uninspired. though clean, it could use a refresh!

I found the staff to be quite cute. The location is pretty convenient. The hotel offers in-room dining ANY time, I found that unique.

The breakfast cost seemed ridiculous. Spa treatments cost more than other places. I noticed there was no swimming available at the hotel hotel.
