the staff was kind and helpful. their attentiveness. i also found the location to be very convenient for accessing nearby shops and restaurants. the metro station was also within a comfortable walking distance.

the breakfast menu limited my choices. the noise from the rooftop restaurant bothered me. i stayed on the fifth floor .

I noticed poor soundproofing. I constantly heard footsteps from neighboring rooms. the basin was not practical. It lacked a counter. I had nowhere to place my contact containers and cleansing tools. These issues detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They really were really good. the location is perfect, close to the spice market. i got upgraded to a king suite upon arrival, a very nice surprise. the building itself is beautiful and historical.

the rooftop restaurant noise was a little noticeable on the fifth floor. but we loved the view

i received a fantastic welcome upon arrival. the reception staff was always friendly and helpful. murat really stood out with his excellent service. the hotel's location is superb, close to the new mosque and the spice market. i found the room to be well-appointed, partially paneled with wood, and offering ample storage.

The breakfast choices were somewhat limited. I found myself wishing for a larger selection.

The hotel boasts a beautiful building with a perfect location. Süleyman offered really good assistance. Breakfast was delicious. The rooftop bar presented fine views. I will definitely stay there again.

The temperature control was not ideal, I could not achieve a comfortable balance.

The rooftop terrace view was AMAZING!!! I saw super views. The staff was helpful and kind at the reception. I was so grateful for that.

The breakfast menu seemed VERY limited. I also noticed some noise from the rooftop restaurant. It was on the 5th floor and a bit disruptive.
