faulty ac missing hot water
the air conditioning barely worked during my entire stay the room was uncomfortably warm. a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night it turned out to be a system error but there was no apology or compensation. on my last day there was no hot water i had to leave for the airport without a shower that was frustrating.

sparkling wine extensive breakfast crispy bacon broken sockets technical staff advance check
The lobby contains a bar and a big screen. They serve Sauska sparkling wine there. Breakfast was really good. It was extensive with fruit, yogurt, eggs and crispy fried bacon.
The sockets next to the desk didn't work. The men at the reception said they don't have technical staff during the weekend. Someone was supposed to fix them on Monday, but nothing happened. They should have checked this in advance.
