Acceptable Stay but Disappointing Service

The location was perfect, very close to the Parliament and the river.

The staff really weren't cute OR professional. It reminded me of they were new to hospitality. There was no concierge available and the receptionist couldn't speak Hungarian!

I found the breakfast room to be a highlight. The decor was striking. the location suited my plans well, as it was central to several attractions i wanted to visit.

the reception area felt impersonal. there was no concierge available. the bathroom had a noticeable odor from the drains, quite unpleasant.

Service and Amenities Miss the Mark.

I noticed housekeeping was not thorough. Soap and shampoo were not refilled, and beds were pushed together despite my specific request. The wellness area disappointed me. The saunas were cold and not working, and the jacuzzi was out of order. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell, and no staff were present to assist guests.
