Mixed Feelings About My Stay

The bathroom had a noticeable odor when I arrived, unpleasant. The smell lingered. I found the lack of clear security measures concerning, especially given that the hotel is located on the second floor of a busy building. There were no obvious security features beyond the key card entry to the room. The street noise was excessive, especially on Friday night because the hotel is in a lively area with many tourists, this made it hard to sleep.

charming quirky stay

mini barsurprise visit

the mini bar near the elevator was a nice touch. i also liked the free 10-minute massage offered to all guests. it was unexpected. the hotel gave us champagne and balloons for our wedding anniversary, that was cute.

The staff was VERY helpful in arranging airport transfers. I found a chic and artsy space. The room had enough space and it felt relaxing. The location is central. It is easy to get around by foot or with public transport.

There was noise coming from outside around 5am. It was not the hotel's fault, but it woke me up.

the staff, they was so kind and helpful. the location is central. the room i had, the superior double room, was amazing to me. it was also nice to have free snacks at reception, how thoughtful.

the hotel is a bit tatty, its bruised from years of poor maintenance i think. the corridors was dirty, also the walls scuffed. the bathroom could of been cleaner i think, with shower has mould.
