the staff was really good. rooms were clean and well-prepared with everything needed. i enjoyed the facilities like the coffee machine and swimming pool. breakfasts were also excellent
the air conditioning was not very effective at lowering the room temperature it did not respond to settings as expected.

the staff was very cute and friendly they provided assistance whenever possible. gabor offered a warm welcome and gave helpful information. i received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful .
The room's climate control was problematic. The room was much too hot, even with the window open, and it didn't cool down until late in the evening. I reported this issue several times, but it was never resolved, even though they provided a fan.

the room was very super clean and nice. rooftop pool was a lovely addition. staff was fabulous. they were very friendly and ready to help me with offering chocolates.
the price of the hotel rooms wasnt justified with the quality and experience. rooms are small and poorly design. i was quite disappointed.

the rooms were very clean and spacious i found the bed ridiculously comfortable i slept very well. the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food options that changed daily. hot drinks and pastries were always available in the lobby a lovely touch i appreciated.
the bar area was rather small and it was accessible via the pool area which was a little slippery.
