unfriendly staff reservation requirement

I found a couple of things disappointing . the rooftop bar required reservations even for a quick drink. the downstairs entrance staff were not very friendly, a contrast to the staff actually at the rooftop bar (maybe there was miscommunication).

Wonderful Stay with a View

amazing view special touch

the room had amazing views of the bridge, really special. turn-down service included chocolates on pillows, a detail i appreciated. the staff were both friendly and professional throughout my stay. i was very pleased with the location and the special touches provided.

the room felt a bit smaller than i expected for a city hotel, i noticed this immediately. there was limited space between the bed and the furniture. i did not care for that aspect of the room layout.

the staff provided a high level of service from arrival to departure. i was greeted with a glass of sparkling wine. i found the team at reception and in the restaurant to be great. all requests were handled well

Really good stay, a nice experience

attentive staff great shower fine views

i found the staff very attentive and helpful. the room was super clean with a great rain shower. the hotel's location offered easy access to the castle district and fine river views.

underwhelming stay near the castle

small room terrible breakfast

the room was smaller than expected. there was very little space between the bed and the furniture in front (it felt a bit cramped). we stayed for three nights, but the sheets were not changed. the breakfast was terrible for a hotel of this status. pastries seemed like supermarket plastic-bagged ones.
