the rooms have windows facing an interior courtyard where the reception is. i can not open the window to get fresh air because i hear everything. also the tv had few international channels. the volume was so low that i barely heard it.

I got a free upgrade upon arrival with a bottle of prosecco waiting in my room, a nice surprise. my room was very comfortable with a great bathroom and plenty of closet space. It was super clean. the super nice team and very kind . They made everything easy!

It was really difficult to adjust the air conditioning. I needed to call the front desk to try and make changes. the changes never actually seemed to work, so i was never fully comfortable.

Breakfast included many options. There were plenty of hot and cold choices. it was easy to find something tasty! the breakfast variety was constantly refreshed and everything looked appetizing.

The staff asked us move tables. They said the table was only for a la carte dining. I felt astonished by the lack of class.

I found the staff quite helpful and friendly . The location is very good, especially for seeing the Parliament building and other attractions.

Breakfast had a limited selection and the quality was not superb for a hotel of this standard. The coffee from the machine tasted very bitter. Fresh coffee would have been better.
