great location polite staff efficient staff key card system stained carpeting worn furniture

i was upgraded to the premium room old town view. it had a great location near transport. the staff was polite and efficient.

the elevator's key card system did not work correctly. it took several tries before the elevator operated. the carpeting in the room had multiple stains.

unstocked mini bar bathroom hairs

upon arrival, i noticed the mini bar was not stocked. i found that quite odd. also, the bathroom had several hairs, not mine. the cleanliness left something to be desired, especially considering this hotel's reputation. it just felt below standard.

a stay with minor hiccups

a la carte breakfast options convenient location broken elevator unmatched decor

the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options. i especially liked the a la carte choices available. the location was also very convenient for walking to different attractions and accessing public transport.

upon arrival, i found one elevator was broken. the other elevator seemed to be working only intermittently. the room decor seemed unmatched and the headboard looked worn.
