unfriendly reception desk arrogant staff
The room was clean and well maintained The location is central.
The front desk staff seemed unfriendly upon arrival I felt they treated clients like robots. I am a global traveler and am not used to this at a 5-star hotel. I usually give only positive comments but this was over the edge.

Lovely Views and Stellar Service!

clean rooms central station amazing memory
This hotel is beautifully maintained I was impressed by the clean rooms. The location proved ideal with the central station a quick walk. I really enjoyed the very nice city views from the high floor rooms. They gave me lasting memories.
I noticed some slight delays with the elevators sometimes only one was available for all the floors.

The breakfast buffet offered many delicious options I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The coffee shop was great providing quality beverages and snacks. Fine dining restaurant provides a high quality experience.

My room was spacious and well-appointed the bathroom was particularly large. The beds felt comfortable offering a restful night. A choice of pillow types ensured optimal sleep quality I greatly appreciated this attention to detail.

consistent quality

central location attentive staff elite status
the location is perfect it is very close to the train station for airport connections the staff in the lounge were very attentive i felt very comfortable. diamond elite status was acknowledged during check in i had breakfast in both the lounge and restaurant nothing else to report than that this was my last stay for 2024 at this hotel.
some elevators were out of service some displays were burned out i found this disappointing for this level of hotel.

central area spacious room high quality
the hotel sits in a very central area. it is close to everything that i needed. the room i had was quite spacious! breakfast was varied and of high quality.
