The room was clean and well maintained The location is central.

The front desk staff seemed unfriendly upon arrival I felt they treated clients like robots. I am a global traveler and am not used to this at a 5-star hotel. I usually give only positive comments but this was over the edge.

the location is perfect it is very close to the train station for airport connections the staff in the lounge were very attentive i felt very comfortable. diamond elite status was acknowledged during check in i had breakfast in both the lounge and restaurant nothing else to report than that this was my last stay for 2024 at this hotel.
