fresh options room design roomy space
the hotel was super clean. i found breakfast to be excellent with many fresh options. my room was spacious and well designed with attention to detail.
the spa area was quite small, with a little pool occupied often.

The concierge helped me with local tours, great for exploring the city. I received attentive service during my whole stay. The staff remembered my name and preferences, this made it really personal. I got help with directions and recommendations for nearby attractions.

long waiting broken heating
The location was acceptable. It was easy to get around.
My check-in took SO long. The room was not ready at the expected time. There was also no working heating in the room. This is unprofessional for a five-star hotel.
