spacious room comfy mattresses
The breakfast area was always accessible during my week-long stay, no matter the time. The room was spacious and had all the advertised amenities. Mattresses provided good comfort. The pool area looked new and was excellent.
The fitness centre was closed . This closure was not communicated prior to my arrival. I would have liked to use these amenities.

panoramic view helpful concierge
The breakfast offered an excellent panoramic view. Staff were helpful, especially the concierge. The location had easy access to the main railway station and tram stops. The gym and pool area were lovely.
I found the minibar expensive. They were charging high prices for products. The free internet was slow.

The breakfast selection was quite extensive. Staff were attentive to my requests.
I was not informed of this beforehand. It was disappointing as access to a gym is important when I travel. the room service menu was limited after 10 pm with few options.

central location professional staff fine view efficient dedication
I found the location excellent, a perfect base for exploring. the staff acted very professionally and efficiently. I appreciated their dedication. i plan to return here in the future. the sky bar provided fine views.
the check-in process did take a little longer than i anticipated.
