i really enjoyed my stay the hotel offered a range of dining options i found the on-site restaurants convenient and the food quality was high the staff was always helpful and quick to respond to any requests. the spa was great it included different therapy options and a massage service i booked a massage and i felt great afterwards. the hotel offered both indoor and outdoor pools providing options for both sunny and rainy days

the gym equipment seemed a bit dated compared to other aspects of the hotel

the hotel had a beautiful setting right on the lake, and swimming was a daily treat. both pools are fantastic, particularly the child friendly outdoor pool. it even includes a water slide! i found the breakfast buffet to be the best of any hotel i stayed in, with wonderful hot dishes and delicious pastries. i could dine on the terrace.

the gym, for a hotel that charges such high prices, seemed poor. it looked dated, small, and quite hot. i think some updates would really improve this amenity.
