I enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the amenities in the washroom. The team accepted my late check-out request, so my mother could use the room to pray. The location is great. It is about a 20-minute walk to the center. The meet-and-greet service was helpful, because it was my first time here. The breakfast was really good (especially the croissants!).

The neighborhood was quiet after 9 PM. It was hard to find open places to dine. I had hoped to visit the spa, but I could not find the time. I would love to return and experience more of the hotel.

The breakfast service was unbelievably slow. I waited ages for coffee each morning (SO annoying). It was hardly the idyllic scenery I expected. I was pretty disappointed.

the hotel location provides easy access to the biennale. the proximity to everything was definitely a plus. i found the staff to be genuinely helpful and kind. they seemed pleased to assist with any requests.

housekeeping arrived at 9 am each morning. refills of toothpaste and cotton swabs were inconsistent. the bed linen was not changed . the wait times at the downstairs bar were quite long, and service lacked some professionalism.
