superb location extensive buffet short walk
The hotel has a superb location close to restaurants and bars. The vaporetto stop is a short walk away. I found a great variety of food served from an extensive breakfast buffet.
The modern light fixture did not seem to match the hotel's vibe.

excellent stay near sant'angelo

water taxi complimentary drinks helpful staff beautiful decor
The reception booked a water taxi from the airport, it made arrival seamless. i received complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival at the bar. the staff provided a map, restaurant recommendations, and room decorations, because of my honeymoon. the hotel decor is beautiful. the location is a short walk from the sant'angelo water stop. It made travel easy.
the hotel switched off the water heating during the night. showering at 3 am before an early flight meant cold water. the breakfast pack offered was poor. it had only dry toast and a croissant.

The front desk staff communicated very well before my trip. I appreciated that. they booked a water taxi, it made my arrival easier. the staff was very warm, helpful and sweet .

The hotel bar provided nice cocktails in the evening. I enjoyed them. upon arrival, i received complimentary drinks, chips, and nuts at the bar. the breakfast was extensive and nourishing to start my day.

Really good Stay

fresh fruit helpful staff
The breakfast had many choices including sweets, meats, cheeses, cereals, and fresh fruit. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions for cocktails. I found the staff lovely.
The air conditioning was turned off one day in November without notice. We needed to open the windows for air circulation. This caused mosquitoes to enter the room, interrupting sleep.

The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed. All facilities were in good condition. The hotel staff quickly provided vases for our flowers upon request, this shows great attention to detail.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Luca. He was accommodating. The hotel arranged private water taxi service for arrival and departure. The water taxi stand was close to the hotel.
