the room was spacious and clean. it had all the modern creature comforts i needed. breakfast was excellent and i especially liked the corn bread. the staff were great throughout my stay, they were very friendly and accommodating.

i regularly had to ask for three towels. only two were initially provided, this was a recurring issue. mugs and glasses were also provided for only two people, despite us being three. coffee was never replaced after use, even after i asked.

the breakfast was the best of my whole trip. i loved that there was bubbly in the morning! the location was perfect for walking around the lake. the room i stayed in was clean and the interior design was great.

the rooms unfortunately do not have air conditioning that works. i could not sleep because it was way too hot. the hotel acknowledged this problem and only gave a 10% discount

The breakfast had many options, including eggs and various pastries. The staff were friendly.

I was disappointed that the wellness area required reservations and allowed only two hours of use. The pool was also too cold. It was not relaxing at all.

The hotel design really stood out for me. i appreciated the wood theme used everywhere, even in the hallways. breakfast was also a highlight. I found the food options to be quite good..

i noticed some promotion merchandise scattered around the reception and restaurant areas. i thought it looked a little cluttered.
