Wonderful Stay with Fine Lake Views
great view friendly staff comfortable room
The location is special, right next to the ferry dock, ideal for seeing the area. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the lake (it was amazing!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I caught a great dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the grilled trout.
The building for my room was a short walk from the main building, about 3 minutes. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it could be inconvenient for some people, especially with luggage. (I had a small carry-on, so it was not an issue).

The sauna could be reserved privately at no extra charge, with a relaxing experience after a day of exploring. There is luggage storage available. This adds convenience arriving early or departing late, allowing them to explore without bags.

sewage smell uncaring staff
The room I got was a letdown. There was an unpleasant smell, like sewage (I think it was sewage). I had to keep the windows open all the time, then mosquitoes came in. The staff didn't seem to care much about it.

wonderful stay
spacious room friendly staff delicious food best restaurant
our room was spacious and clean. the staff was very friendly, they helped us with questions about train schedules. the food in the restaurant was some of the best we had. i would go back!
The hotel lacked air conditioning. A fan helped slightly, though.

the room included a king-sized bed and a seating area with two chairs. a writing desk with accessible outlets was present. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and a separate bathtub for added convenience. plenty of natural light filled the space.

ferry stop scenic spot lake view
the hotel is very near the ferry. it is easy to walk to scenic spots. the room had a bathtub and i like that. the lake view from the balcony was completely lovely.
the food at breakfast did not change. it was the same every day.
