I enjoyed the shopping area near the hotel. Many stores are there. A bus stop is located right outside, a great convenience. The front desk arranged a taxi immediately when I asked. It was super easy. Rooms are a good size, fitting a family of four quite comfortably..

I found that the hotel charges for the hotel branded plastic bottled water. It's not offered for free.

the air conditioning wasn't working right. the room was really warm, it felt almost too hot even. also, the bed felt too soft. i am not a belly sleeper, but it really bothered my back so i dont think i could stay again.

the breakfast buffet was extensive. it included many choices of meat, bread, and fresh fruit. the receptionists were friendly. i also found a fairly large mall near the hotel. the mall had various brands. it included a supermarket.

the reception staff was not always attentive to details. i was charged for minibar use. i did not use it. this created an unnecessary inconvenience upon checkout.
