convenient location cute staff clean room rooftop restaurant missing handrail disabled entrance

The location proved ideal. It was very convenient for shopping. The staff was cute and my room was clean. I especially appreciated the quiet.

There were some issues . The rooftop restaurant was closed due to weather. The steps up to the entrance lacked a handrail, which presented a challenge. I think a disabled entrance is needed.

clive was very attentive he came over with a smile and serving was a pleasure yummy afternoon tea was also a highlight we needed more cream and jam it was welcomed the location is also excellent central for everything a tourist could ask for

the shower thermostat was erratic despite repair attempts it veered from very hot to cold every minute bathing was a challenge

mixed feelings about my stay

broken door system leaking toilet

the pillows and beds were lovely. the location was great.

My room key did not work upon arrival. apparently the door system was broken. Reception told me they could not do anything. they claimed there were no other rooms available, but rooms were still bookable online. the toilet was also leaking. Staff just threw a towel down.

The staff was helpful with directions. I enjoyed the fresh food offered in the restaurant. Ramadan provided really good service. The building has an interesting historic background.

I noticed some limescale inside the kettle. I expected higher quality, considering the price I paid.
