The location proved ideal. It was very convenient for shopping. The staff was cute and my room was clean. I especially appreciated the quiet.

There were some issues . The rooftop restaurant was closed due to weather. The steps up to the entrance lacked a handrail, which presented a challenge. I think a disabled entrance is needed.

the shower thermostat was erratic despite repair attempts it veered from very hot to cold every minute bathing was a challenge

the pillows and beds were lovely. the location was great.

My room key did not work upon arrival. apparently the door system was broken. Reception told me they could not do anything. they claimed there were no other rooms available, but rooms were still bookable online. the toilet was also leaking. Staff just threw a towel down.
