The gym had modern equipment. It included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Breakfast offered a wide array of options. I liked the fresh pastries and the omelet station. The location WAS central. It allowed easy access to Covent Garden and nearby theaters.
The bathroom lacked counter space. This made organizing toiletries a little tricky.

the room was very clean upon arrival. i liked the fresh flowers provided in the room. the mini bar was complimentary, this was a nice perk.
the bathroom had a strange noise whenever water was used. the staff did not seem very cute at times. the concierge could not help with harry potter studio tickets, despite earlier assurances.

I love the delicious food at Indigo! Breakfast tasted great. The gym has equipment for a good workout. I found the staff really accommodating. I will certainly return soon, and I will recommend it to everyone.
I found a slight delay during check-in, it was just a small hiccup though.
