Our event occurred in the oak room. It was the perfect size for our medium sized family event. afternoon tea proved delicious, and so were the canapés. hazel at reception ensured our needs were catered for. I felt well looked after. I would definitely recommend this location for a function!

The bathroom had a super clean shower. It was nice and powerful, EVERYTHING worked very well. beds in each room were comfy and cosy. I had restful nights.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed genuinely interested in assisting guests, EVERY time. breakfast included many delicious choices. I found it to be a good experience with great variety.

i found the grounds to be fine. the hotel felt quite corporate to me and not very cosy. i didn't spent much time there though.
the room was shocking for the price of £145 a night. the tea making facilities were very poor and lacked ingredients like enough milk. the room was very very basic and i felt cramped during my short stay.

The building and the grounds impressed me. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful.. The Christmas decorations were tastefully done.
The room lacked air conditioning or temperature control, so it felt hot. I had to pay too much for breakfast, costing £20.
