the room was very large. it was very clean, too. the bed was comfortable. it was also quiet and safe. i had a wonderful stay.

the parking situation was difficult. i had to park about a block away. i then had to walk to the hotel with my luggage.

The staff texted me soon after i entered my room to ensure everything was satisfactory. I mentioned a strong perfume smell in the room. THE staff promptly suggested a new room option and showed it to me in advance. The room was close to Chinatown and quiet.

The hotel room was advertised as having a view. This was not accurate. There was no view at all. the entrance felt small and lacked lounge space.

The staff responded quickly when I mentioned a smell in the room and offered another option. It was great that they let me see the alternative room beforehand. The room was quiet, and I slept great (no street noise!). It was simple, clean, and wonderful.

Parking was pricey near the hotel. I think the parking garage could be cheaper.

I recommend Posh Bagel, one block away, for breakfast. They have good bagels. The Italian place across the street from the Orchard is fantastic for lunch. It's a MUST-try. The restaurants are delicious.
