a decent stay overall

shuttle service front office staff amazing pancakes cold hallways noise

the hotel has an hourly shuttle service to the waterfront. the breakfast had some amazing pancakes. the front office staff were very helpful with any assistance (they provided clear and accurate information). parking is available within the premises.

the hallways and common areas were freezing cold. i had an issue with the shower, it overflowed. they fixed it right away (i must say). rooms are affected by noise from the bar area at night.

convenient location useful shuttle basic bathroom missing amenities

The hotel's location was convenient. It was close to major attractions. the shuttle service to the waterfront proved very useful.

The bathroom seemed basic, it lacked some expected amenities. there were no dental or shaving kits. This was surprising for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
