the staff provided great care from arrival to departure! the gardens are well-kept, with many birds and flowers. the restaurant offers excellent meals, and i found the customer service excellent. i appreciated the unique character of this hotel and its meticulous attention to detail.
the road nearby affected the outdoor ambiance slightly.

I stayed in a superior suite. the housekeeping was great as my room was super clean. they replenished the fridge, sweet treats, water, and coffee regularly. the laundry service was also quite good. My shirts came back on hangers.
The pool was often full, not just with hotel guests. finding a spot to sit could be difficult. It didn't always feel like a boutique experience. breakfast wait times were sometimes long, a bit inconvenient.
