clogged drainmissing items
the room wasnt fully cleaned daily. the shower drain was somewhat clogged and would fill with water. items like the shower cap and soap werent replaced daily! i found that quite disappointing. i expect better attention to detail, especially at this price point.

I appreciated the staff's attentiveness. They always remembered my name. the hotel had a convenient location near the waterfront. It took only a short walk. breakfast included a wide selection, with both buffet options and a la carte choices. the air conditioning worked efficiently and quietly.
I had a slight issue with the light switches. They were a bit confusing to figure out initially. it took a moment to understand the configuration.

the hotel location was fantastic, it was just a short walk to the waterfront shops. the room featured a large bathroom with two sinks and a separate shower. breakfast had a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. i found the staff to be very attentive, and they promptly addressed all my needs.
I found the gym a bit small. It only has a limited selection of equipment.

The on-site restaurant featured both indoor and outdoor seating. a bar area. It created a very relaxed atmosphere. the swimming pool included comfortable loungers and umbrellas for shade, awesome for complete relaxation. free wifi access throughout the hotel was greatly appreciated.

the concierge service was helpful in arranging tours and providing local recommendations. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and they did a thorough job daily. the front desk staff were polite and efficient at check-in.
