lovely note clean towels
The grounds are beautiful and serene. staff were helpful. They left a note and cake since it was our honeymoon.
the gym did not have clean towels and the showers had used ones on the floor.

excellent stay
comfortable suite welcome drink quick resolution secluded feel
the suite was comfortable, and the gardens offered nice walks. i was greeted with a welcome drink. the staff quickly resolved a minor issue with the bathroom door. the gardens were well maintained. the grounds had a secluded feel.
the gym lacked clear signage, making it difficult to locate at first.

Two large pools are available. Each offers comfortable relaxation, with ample space for lounging around and enjoying the serene atmosphere, and i loved the botanic garden with many walkways.

our suite included a lovely private patio with comfortable loungers for sunbathing, and the emperor size bed offered great comfort, especially with the sheets changed every day.

noisy air conditioning constant cold air
the gardens were nice , showing a lot of maintenance.
i found the air conditioning to be quite dated and noisy. it seemed only able to produce the same cold air no matter what settings i used. this resulted in a cold for both my wife and me .

attentive staff fine grounds aesthetic decor impeccably cared gardens
The staff were attentive and courteous, greeting me with a hello and smile. the grounds are fine. decor is a feast for the eyes. I am a maximalist design lover, so this place ticked every aesthetic box for me. the gardens are impeccably cared for. It is nice to wander around every morning to relax.
i would advise there is need of maintenance on the hotel. during arrival it was raining heavily and there was no covered walkway from the drop off point to the reception.

a good stay
fresh option friendly staff natural calm
i stayed four nights. the breakfast offered many fresh options. the staff greeted me with a smile each time of day. the location provided calm with plenty of nature. i found the hotel to be lovely and well maintained.
the gym facilities seemed slightly old.
