maintained garden secure access direct access old hotel bathtub stain wonky tap

The hotel grounds are fine, the gardens ARE well maintained. Secure access to the hotel was excellent. Direct access to the beach was convenient for a quick stroll.

The hotel is old. I noticed stains in the bathtub, a letdown, and rust on the ceiling fan. Wonky shower taps were also present.
