modern room clean space friendly staff helpful staff

my room was modern. it was a super clean and cozy space. the staff were really friendly and helpful .

the toilet roll holder placement in the bathroom was a bit awkward. it was next to the door, leaving little room. that was a small inconvenience.

the hotel is located right by the river ouse. there is a lovely view over the town bridge from the hotel. it is just a short walk from the town centre. everything is accessible from the hotel.

pleasant view efficient service cold room unsafe area

the location is advantageous and the view is pleasant. breakfast service is good and efficient. clare and elizabeth are friendly members of staff.

the room was cold even with the air conditioning unit on its highest setting. i didn't feel safe walking to and from the restaurant area in the evenings.

tidy room spacious room helpful staff convenient location confusing remote broken lift confusing signage

i found the room quite tidy and spacious. the air conditioning was a bonus because it was a really warm day. the staff seemed helpful and friendly. i could walk to the city centre easily from the hotel.

the tv had a confusing remote to use. the lift from the car park wasn't working. i had to bring my suitcase down stairs. i found the signage in the car park confusing, and i almost got lost.
