my room was modern. it was a nice and neat space. the staff were really friendly and helpful .

the toilet roll holder placement in the bathroom was a bit awkward. it was next to the door, leaving little room. that was a small inconvenience.

the hotel is located right by the river ouse. there is a lovely view over the town bridge from the hotel. it is just a short walk from the town centre. everything is accessible from the hotel.

i found the room quite tidy and spacious. the air conditioning was a bonus because it was a really warm day. the staff seemed helpful and friendly. i could walk to the city centre easily from the hotel.

the tv had a confusing remote to use. i had to bring my suitcase down stairs. i found the signage in the car park confusing, and i almost got lost.
