the reception operates for 24 hours , which is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I enjoyed the bar, it has many games and activities.

prime location prompt service modern style room aircon
The hotel location is near the train station. Access to transportation is easy. Food service is available at almost any time. I had freshly prepared pizza late at night (it was delicious!). The hotel maintains cleanliness and a modern style. I appreciate the air conditioning in my room.

The hotel includes a downstairs area with a ping pong table plus a bar. It remains open 24/7 (very convenient!). There is free parking nearby for hotel guests. I liked these facilities.

adequate stay
train station thunderbirds theme cheaper rate dirty room
the hotel is close to the train station and plenty of parking is available nearby this location is ideal for visiting windsor or london. the thunderbirds theme adds extra interest especially since some items are subtle
i booked a rate with expedia i expected to pay at the hotel however upon arrival i could not take the cheaper daily rate. i stayed for two nights i returned to my room late on the second night the rooms had not been cleaned and the towels were not replaced

warm welcome clean room arrival cocktail
the arrival cocktail was a lovely touch. it added to a very warm welcome. the room was clean and also comfortable. i slept well too.
the air conditioning was super noisy.

friendly staff excellent shower small rooms limited space
the staff were friendly. the shower was excellent. i noted great water pressure. the mattress felt super comfy.
the rooms are also very small. there was not enough room to swing a cat. i found this very disappointing.
