kind staff peaceful grounds

My room was clean and i found the reception staff very kind. the grounds were peaceful. I had a nice walk around. breakfast was great too. There was lots of choice, and it tasted amazing!!!

Excellent Stay at Secluded Location

friendly staff clean room

I found the staff cute and professional! My room was clean. It contained everything I needed. Parking was easy. The location felt safe.

The room partitioning was very poor. I could hear conversations from the adjacent room. The room was painted in plain magnolia, it lacked decoration. Minimum effort seemed to be put in.

The hotel features a nice bar with great food. Plenty of parking is available, and the car park uses CCTV for extra security. There are majestic gardens and woodland surrounding the hotel grounds.

The location had lovely views.

I booked a Main House Double room, but it felt cramped for two people. It was ridiculously small! the shower pressure was just pathetic. It definitely needed some descaling. I mean, seriously.

the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. the location is in the middle of the countryside (so quiet!) and i could see great views. the breakfast was also very good. I loved the full continental options.

my room was a bit small, and the bed was too large for it. the room was also quite hot, slightly unpleasant. i could hear industrial fans running until late, because my room was above the kitchen area.

the bar area looked inviting. i enjoyed an evening meal there and also breakfast. there was an ev charger, a bonus for electric vehicle owners.

the room i had was quite small. it was like a converted storage space. the bathroom was also small, and the shower felt cramped (especially for taller people).
