The check-in process was smooth. the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. he helped me understand the local transportation options. the room was quiet. I appreciated that.

i found the in-room coffee to be quite weak. there were no complimentary slippers in my room. also, i couldn't find a readily available adapter for international plugs.

bill issue

i find a issue with the restaurant bill. the bill said no service charge was paid, but a service charge had been added. it took about 10 minutes to resolve, and i wasnt the only one questioning their bill.

The breakfast was a very good start for my day. Sound insulation in the rooms was perfect. I loved how quiet it was in my room, and I was able to work and rest without issues.

Check in was slower than I expect. Many people were waiting, and there were only two staff members at the reception. It was not the best way to start my stay after a long journey.
