The staff provided express checkout and offered options for car transfer to the airport (i appreciated adam's help). The location is near several museums.
The room was small (i think it's tiny). There was limited space to store clothes. They should remove the fake fireplace and put in a set of drawers. I needed space to unpack.

superb stay near hyde park

friendly staffcool atmosphere
i stayed at a SUPER place with a fantastic location near Hyde Park and various museums. the friendly staff created a cool atmosphere. i REALLY appreciated the nice bar and the great breakfast. it was close to the South Kensington tube station.
i noticed the hotel was a little far from some of the main tourist spots. this required a bit more travel time to reach those areas.

the hotel boasts a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. guests can also enjoy the pool area, which features twenty loungers and a shaded section, ideal for relaxation after a workout.

the concierge service efficiently handles luggage storage before check-in. the front desk promptly arranges taxi services upon request. housekeeping ensures rooms are super clean with thorough cleaning carried out daily for all guests.

the staff were friendly. they seemed eager to help. syed, one of the lobby staff members, was very helpful and knowledgeable. the hotel's location is very good, near two tube stations.
My 'superior and beautiful' room felt small. the bathroom felt minuscule too. i could barely move around in it. the scrambled eggs at breakfast were not good. They were a mix of solid eggs and watery liquid.
