relaxing stay amidst vines
room decor fresh breakfast
I appreciated the size of the room and decor, very pleasing. breakfast was quite nice, everything tasted fresh. staff ensured all the food was hot and plentiful. the location was perfect for exploring the local vineyards. And countryside walks.
The car park presented a slight inconvenience. Especially after dark. the area was muddy. And additional lighting would definitely help. i found navigating to the hotel a bit tricky initially.

the staff IS very friendly and helpful. the location had excellent scenery for walks. my room included a coffee machine and fresh milk.

Vineyard Serenity, An Lovely Stay!
fresh pastries local cheese attentive staff
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I particularly enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and the flavorful local cheeses. The walks around the vineyard offered amazing views and serene moments of reflection. The staff showed really good attentiveness. They were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond.
The car park surface could use some improvement. It was a bit uneven.

helpful staff tasty breakfast clean room
the staff was consistently helpful and polite. breakfast was tasty and offered a lot of choice. the room was clean and bright (i noticed a fan, very useful during warmer days).
i found a small puddle in the car park after some rain.

the hotel has wonderful views of box hill and its surroundings. there are fine walks around the vineyard (perfect for a morning stroll) easily accessible directly from the hotel premises.

the hotel staff was always available to help with any questions or requests. i found the service in the restaurant to be efficient and attentive (the staff remembered my coffee order after the first morning).
